Managing our finances can be overwhelming, especially because it is typically not something we are taught growing up. However, the truth is that learning about personal finances and how to properly manage our income is necessary if we want to have a financially sound future.

We felt it was important to provide our team with the tools to begin moving toward financial stability, so we organized a Financial Fair, with the help of several important financial institutions from Colombia.

On January 25th and 26th, our teams from Barranquilla, Bogota, and Medellin were invited to participate in virtual talks with experts regarding different topics, and they were able to learn about how to manage their finances, to ask questions, and share experiences.

This fair proved to be extremely helpful to the participants in terms of learning how to manage their money through investments, savings, budgeting, retirement planning, tax and estate planning, and banking. They learned that even if you only have a small amount of money you want to grow (or a large sum you want to make the most of), personal finance education will ultimately help you accomplish your goals.
